Worcester’s clubs and drinking places cater for every taste, from student haunts and trendy wine and cocktail bars to friendly traditional pubs. The city centre has lots of clubs with everything from soul funk nights to dance, indie and hip-hop.
City of sport
Worcester is also a city for sport and whether you’re a keen competitor or an avid spectator, you’ll find plenty going on. Worcester teams compete in top level rowing, basketball, rugby union and cricket. Premier League football is close by in Birmingham and the Black Country.
