2. Keep an open mind
Be positive about alternative courses, even though they may not be your first choice. You may discover a talent or passion for something youíve never considered before.
3. Donít go it alone
Discuss your choice with your family, teacher or careers adviser. Choosing which course to study is a big decision, so it might help to talk it through with someone else.
4. Be flexible
If you canít get a place on a BA or a BSc, there are a range of other qualifications available at Worcester. You could opt for a Higher National Diploma or a Foundation Degree.
5. Start small
Why not consider a one year foundation course? This will allow you to progress onto an undergraduate degree, even if you have not studied appropriate subjects in the past.
6. See the bigger picture
If youíre really unsure about what to choose and donít want to rush into things, consider some alternatives like taking a year out, re-doing exams or studying completely new subjects.
